Heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems

HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) are systems responsible for heating, ventilation and air conditioning in industrial facilities. Their task is to maintain the right working conditions for machines and people - the right temperature, humidity, air cleanliness and circulation. In industry, HVAC plays a key role not only for the comfort of employees, but above all for ensuring the continuity and quality of technological processes.

Scope of activities carried out

Our activities include the comprehensive implementation of HVAC installations in industrial plants, including:

  • Installation of heating systems - boilers, heaters, radiant heaters and pipework distribution,
  • Installation of ventilation systems - ductwork, air handling units, filtration and heat recovery systems,
  • Installation of air conditioning systems - split, multi-split, VRF/VRV units and air handling units,
  • Installation of process cooling systems - chillers, chill water units, systems for machine and process cooling,
  • Hydraulic and pneumatic connections - completion of complete media supply systems for HVAC equipment,
  • Commissioning and adjustment of systems - calibration of airflows, balancing of systems, setting of operating parameters,
  • Thermal and acoustic insulation - protecting ducts and equipment to increase efficiency and comfort,
  • Upgrades to existing systems - replacing equipment with more energy-efficient equipment, extending the plant with new zones or process lines.
